Instead of choosing a model and managing prompts, teams define the outcome. SONICHAOS plans the work, assembles a specialized AI workforce, selects the right models and compute, executes the mission, verifies the result and continuously learns from the organization.
1. The service
Sonichaos fields a team of AI agents that plans, builds, tests and reports on your project. It is provided as-is, for development assistance; the code it produces is your responsibility to review before you rely on it.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for everything that happens under your account and any API key you create. An organisation has roles (owner, admin, member); only an admin may manage money and credentials.
3. Credit, not seats
The hosted service is billed by credit. There is no seat fee and no monthly minimum. You buy credit in packs; a run spends credit as model calls are metered, and stops when the balance is spent.
4. Pricing
Every model call is metered to the token and billed at the provider's list price plus a margin, which the product states to you in your billing page rather than hiding it. A model whose price we do not know is refused rather than billed as if it were free.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to build or distribute malware, to violate the law or another person's rights, or to attempt to defeat the service's metering, rate limits or spend cap. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Your data
You retain your data. We store what the service needs to run — your account, projects, files and usage — to provide the service. Payment is handled by Stripe; no card details reach our servers. See the Privacy page.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Upon termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the product; continued use after the change means you accept it.
