Instead of choosing a model and managing prompts, teams define the outcome. SONICHAOS plans the work, assembles a specialized AI workforce, selects the right models and compute, executes the mission, verifies the result and continuously learns from the organization.
What we store
Your account (email, name, password hash), your organisations and their members, your projects and the files in them, and your usage (which model ran, tokens, cost) — the minimum needed to run and bill the service.
What we do not store
Payment details. Payments are handled by Stripe's hosted page; no card data ever reaches our servers. Provider API keys for the hosted product live in our server process and are never shown to a client.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS everywhere), and credentials are stored only as hashes where possible. Uploaded files are served as downloads, never executed. Report vulnerabilities to security@sonichaos.ai.
How we use it
To provide the service: run your agents, meter and bill usage, and support your account. Your work is not sold and is not used to train models unless you explicitly opt in.
Retention
Data is kept while your account is active. You may export your account data and delete your account, which removes your personal data; project files may be retained for a short period for billing and abuse prevention.
Third parties
Stripe processes payments. Model providers receive the content of a call when you run an agent, as necessary to answer it — the same as using any model API. The website may use analytics to understand aggregate usage.
Your rights
