Instead of choosing a model and managing prompts, teams define the outcome. SONICHAOS plans the work, assembles a specialized AI workforce, selects the right models and compute, executes the mission, verifies the result and continuously learns from the organization.
Spent credit
Credit that has been spent on model calls is non-refundable — the compute was already purchased from the providers on your behalf.
Unused credit
Unused credit is refundable for 30 days after purchase, less any payment processor fees, when you have not breached the terms of service.
How to request
Write to hello@sonichaos.ai with the account email and the purchase. We process requests within five business days and issue the refund to the original payment method.
Trial credit
Trial credit granted at sign-up is not refundable and has no cash value.
